I try to join Staxus but I keep getting returned to the same join page

Please make sure the following are true:

  1. Your username must start with a letter. "Username123" is ok, "123Username" is not ok
  2. Please make sure your username and password only contain alpha numeric characters (a-z, 0-9). So only letters and numbers, no spaces and no special characters
  3. Please make sure your username and password are between 6 and 16 characters long. Anything shorter or longer will not work.
  4. Please make sure you use a valid e-mail address.
  5. After you have completed the form, please wait a few seconds while you are being redirected to the payment processor (CC Bill or Commerce Gate).
